Hornbill Agriculture

A corporate website presenting a Sarawak farming venture to customers, partners and investors.

Hornbill Agriculture is a Sarawak-based regenerative farming venture with an integrated farm-to-grocer model. Its social media presence connected with customers, but the business also needed a dedicated place to explain its work to prospective partners and investors.

I shaped the content, designed the website and developed a corporate presence that brings the business model, founder’s background and farming approach together.

My role: Website strategy, content, web design and development.
Scope: Corporate positioning, information structure, responsive website and enquiry journey.

the outcome

The finished website gives Hornbill a structured introduction beyond its social feed. Visitors can explore the company’s model, the founder’s experience, its farming technology and its direction for growth.

I organised the content around three priorities: explain what the business does, establish the people and approach behind it, and make the next conversation easy to start.

Before the website, everything about us lived on social media. It worked for our customers, but investors couldn't get a clear picture of the business from a feed. Now the model, the track record and the plan are all in one place and the conversations we have are completely different. People come in already understanding what we do."

key takeaway

To Remember

A social feed can show activity, while a website provides space to explain the business behind it. This project brought Hornbill’s story into a clear corporate structure for customers, partners and prospective investors.
